ABSTRACT
The recent creation of the Federal Government’s Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation (SECIHTI) –evolving from what was, for many years, the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT)– resulted in it a series of significant adjustments, innovations, and reforms that affected all participating institutions and national researchers.
